The Event Will Include Hors D’oeurves starting at 4PM With A Hospitality Table Of Charcuterie, Fromage, Pates, Mousse, Terrines, Rielliet, House Made Jams, Mustards, Cornichon And French Baguette Crostini, Followed By A Four (4) Course Degustation Menu Dinner At 5PM. Dinner Will Include An Amuse Bouche, An Appetizer Course Consisting Of A Soup Or Salad, An Entremets Followed By An Entrée of Traditional French Bistro Dishes Such As Bouef Bourguignon, St. Laurent Salmon, Cochon Roti, Trout Almandine, Poulet Maison, Choucroute Garnie And Others. And, Of Course, A Finale/Dessert Course Will Conclude The Dinner With A Selection Of House Made French Desserts. A Wine Tasting of Red And White Wine Is Included With Dinner. Dinner Wine Is Provided Courtesy of Palateur Imports, Philadelphia, PA. A Cash/Charge Bar Will Be Available During The Entire Evening And Include A Selection Of Beer, Wine And Select Liquors. Seating Is Limited ~ Reservations Are Requested By Wed., October 7th, 2015.
